I realized long ago, that wearing a dark hat and a light hat wasn’t in alignment with who I was. I had to choose — this is when I remembered my purpose, my passion. I would love to be a part of your journey as we look for the keys that will unlock your soul. I would love to shine the light for the ones who have often felt frightened or disconnected to who they are and why they are here.
Only You Can Be You
Yes and it took me many years to believe in this and just as many years not to worry what other people thought.
There are no truer words when I say I have been this WooWoo girl my entire life. I played in it, I hid it and often felt judged for it. I was seen as the weirdo until finally I realized I was okay being weird because I saw things in a way that bettered my life. I found a connection in my soul to my higher power and my strongest gifts.
When I finally started embracing the Woo in me I decided to be schooled professionally in it.
I went to Transformational Arts College in Toronto for my Spiritual Psychotherapy and Life Coaching. I chose TAC as it was a private unconventional college that encompassed everything I believed in. The tools I learnt were not offered in other programs and I knew I wanted to use meditation, past life regression, inner child work, ancestry and so much more. I wanted to learn in the way my heart lived.
I studied with Gabrielle Bernstein and Colette Baron Reid helping me to connect and build the Spiritual Side of my business.
I took Astrology with Debra Silverman only to fall in love with myself. This was a key in understanding who I came here to be alongside my why.
When I discovered Human Design I set out to study once again. Each course or book helped me understand my own energetics and highest potential allowing me to live a more fulfilled life. I share my studies of Human Design and the Gene Keys to help you show up in your world in your highest potential as well.
Because of my passion with Past Life Regression and the Akashic Records I chose to return once again to school to upgrade my hypnosis training. I am now a graduate with Wellness Canada for both Clinical and Spiritual Hypnosis having accreditation with The National Guild of Hypnosis.
I am a Reiki Master and have been sharing this energy for almost 20 years.
I have created a container that can bring you to your own centre and maybe to the peeling back of all the layers that lay within you.
Alternatively, you would say, “I offer a holistic approach to helping you step in to who you came here to be. Through self discovery, using spiritual modalities from my toolbox I am able to guide you to uncovering your unique life path and offer you the oppotunity to embrace your truth and authenticity.
I don’t do the work for you because I would rather share the work with you. I will walk every step of the way as we explore what it takes to fall in love with who you came here to be.
Our journey is not meant to be difficult it is meant to bring a burning fire into our hearts. It is what lights our fire or at the very least what has the devil shaking when he hears your feet hit the floor and he says “Oh shit, she’s up”.
What I have discovered in my life is that all the messiness along the way was not messy at all. The questions I have carried around or the mistakes I have repeatedly made have led me to my soul purpose. I have remembered who I came here to be and I recognize undoubtedly the reason I am here. I no longer sit in the discomfort of what my life should have looked like — I am living my life the way I was meant to.
My purpose is to share with you the same tools I used to find my superpowers, my gifts, and the unlocking of my deepest desires.
I struggled for years trying to understand why I was born into difficult relationships (family and friends), trials, tribulations and so much more. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that I had the power within me all along — I had a roadmap and I had the answers.
After decades of schooling, therapy, retreats and so much more I realized I came here for all of this and I myself held the key to my secret chamber. Through Astrology, Human Design and reconnecting to my Inner Child I found the keys to unlocking my soul. I found the answers to who I am and why I am here.
I would love to inspire you and to help you trust that you too are here for a reason. Your gifts are waiting to be seen and more than that — someone else is waiting to see them. I am inviting you into my space so I can help you reconnect to the lost pieces of your soul. We together will bring understanding to your story of who you are and why you are here. We will quite possibly cry together, heal together, and in turn be on the road to self love together.
